Our goal was to create a fictional FMCG brand that does not exist in the market yet. We worked on everything from the product idea and purpose to its logo, packaging, and social media. The aim was to design something useful, visually appealing, and easy for people to connect with.

THE INSPIRATION

The idea for SensiScan was deeply personal. One of our teammates is allergic to many foods, and hearing about her daily struggles inspired us to create a product that could make life easier for people like her.

THE IDEA

SensiScan is a portable allergen detection tool that uses quick, reliable test strips to identify allergens like nuts, gluten, sea food, glucose, sodium and lactose in food. The focus was on designing a product that’s user-friendly, sleek, and accessible, ensuring safety and confidence for users navigating their dietary needs.


One of our challenges was turning a complex idea into a simple, trustworthy product. Designing packaging and branding that felt reliable and easy to understand was tricky, especially for a sensitive topic like allergens. This project taught us the importance of user-centered design, teamwork, and addressing real-world problems through thoughtful and creative solutions.
